Mesilla Valley Transportation is currently hiring for Safety Lanes Inspector!***</strong><br> <br>The <strong>Safety Lane Inspector</strong> must have patience, an understanding of mechanics, and an eye for detail.<br> <br><strong>Offering $14 per hour - Day Schedule (Two available schedules for days):</strong><ul> <li><strong>Sunday-Wednesday  </strong>6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.</li> <li><strong>Wednesday - Saturday</strong> 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.</li> </ul><strong>Offering $15 per hour - Night Schedule </strong><ul> <li><strong>Wednesday- Saturday</strong> 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. </li> </ul><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Perform general inspections on commercial trucks and tractors, including tire pressure checks, safety feature checks, and small maintenance issues.</li> <li>Look for any additional repairs that need to be performed and inspect trucks for any physical damage.</li> <li>Complete any needed minor repairs.</li> <li>Maintain clean & orderly bay area's/pits.</li> <li>Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.</li> </ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li> <li>One to six months related experience (preferred) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Set of tools are required. </li> </ul><strong>Job Benefits:</strong><ul> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Dental Insurance</li> <li>Health Insurance</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> </ul><strong>Benefit Conditions:</strong><ul> <li>Only full-time employees are eligible.</li> </ul>Mesilla Valley Transportation began in 1982 as a small independent fleet in the Southwest.
