Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring an Intern to join our Customer Success team!</strong><br> <br>We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics and customer service within a professional setting. <br> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Participate in various training programs to better understand Customer Success and Logistics goals. </li> <li>Participate in a mentorship program that drives success within the assigned internship projects. </li> <li>Observe members of the Customer Success and/or Logistics team to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. </li> <li>Review current reporting needs and make recommendations based on trends/patterns. </li> <li>Take lead on assigned projects and collaborate with team members to drive completion. </li> <li>Support Customer Success and/or Logistics teams with administrative duties as needed.  </li> </ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul> <li>Actively enrolled in Bachelor's degree program with expected completion within 1 year of internship start. Bachelor's degree should be in related field, such as Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. </li> <li>Full proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
