We're looking for a Staff Recruiter who's passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. If you're a proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and excited about creating career paths for others - this is your chance to grow with one of the most respected names in transportation.
🔍 What You'll Do: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and client companies
- Develop smart sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
- Represent MVT at job fairs, college campuses, and military bases
- Build strategic partnerships with leadership to improve recruitment processes
- Positively promote MVT's employer brand in the community
🧠 What We're Looking For: - 1-2 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Tenstreet and resume databases like Indeed (preferred)
- Microsoft Office experience (required) . Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Demonstrates reliable attendance and strong time management
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
- Passion for people and excellent communication skills
