{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"590","client":"MVT Holdings","title":"Equipment Control Coordinator II","description":"<strong>Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring an Equipment Control Coordinator II in El Paso, TX!</strong><br> <br>The <strong>Equipment Control Coordinator II</strong> is responsible for maintaining the Transportation Management System (TMS) and performing quality control functions to ensure accuracy and cost-effective operations.<br><br>If you:<ul> <li>Are detail-oriented and work thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance</li> <li>Take pride in being a cooperative and supportive member of the team</li> <li>Drive yourself and your peers to a high level of accountability</li> <li>Challenge yourself to consistently exceed your team's goals</li> </ul>This is the role for YOU!<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Work with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered.</li> <li>Accurately enter and maintain operational data within the Transportation Management System (TMS).</li> <li>Track trucks and maintain all the necessary reports to communicate to departments including other departments across company.</li> <li>Perform daily audits of fleet divisions with no discrepancies.</li> <li>Maintain daily and accurate inventory of tablets.</li> <li>Inspect all trucks for damage and cleanliness.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prepare trucks for all drivers that are presentable and up to company standards.</li> <li>Perform light detailing of trucks as needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Safely shuttle bobtail trucks within the yard to designated locations as required.</li> <li>Maximize resource utilization to support efficient fleet operations.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to emails and internal communications in a timely and professional manner.</li> </ul>Qualifications:<ul> <li>Experience in a motor carrier operation.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong customer service and communication skills. </li> <li>Basic knowledge of North American geography.</li> <li>Bilingual (preferred).</li> </ul>Mesilla Valley Transportation began in 1982 as a small independent fleet in the Southwest.
