We pride ourselves on a people-first culture, where we will champion your development in an exciting new career.<br> <br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br> <br>The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and securing motor carriers that meet the company's profit, service, and safety objectives.<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul> <li>Ensure the company achieves the profit margin objective for each transaction.</li> <li>Guarantee on-time service levels are at 97% or higher.</li> <li>Demonstrate, revere, and protect the company's Vision, Values, and Mission.</li> <li>Assign customer loads to pre-qualified carriers in a timely and efficient manner, based on the company's carrier qualification standards.</li> <li>Properly manage all details, information, and paperwork associated with each load or customer order to ensure accurate billing and payment.</li> <li>Practice sound fiscal control of all company expenditures.</li> <li>Practice and maintain appropriate confidentiality with carriers as it pertains to our customer list, revenues, and rates.</li> </ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience (Preferred, not required).</li> <li>Strong Sales and Customer Relationship Management mentality.</li> <li>Basic Geography, including the locations of the 48 continental states and Canada.
