Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactive approach to preventing future issues and fostering customer education.<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Handle more complex and critical technical issues.</li> <li>Mentor and train junior support staff.</li> <li>Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I cannot resolve, as needed.</li> <li>Provide basic & advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical issues.</li> <li>Develop deep knowledge of specific products, services, and technologies.</li> <li>Help develop training materials and deliver training sessions.</li> <li>Perform advanced system health checks and report anomalies.</li> <li>Create, review, and approve knowledge base articles for internal and external use.</li> </ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul> <li>Associate's Degree in IT related field (Required).</li> <li>Two to seven (2 - 7) years of relevant experience (Required).
