{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"625","client":"MVT Holdings","title":"Application Administrator I","description":"<strong>Job Summary</strong><br> <br>The Application Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and stability of specific COTS (\"Commercial-Off-The-Shelf\") applications.<br> <br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><ul> <li>Provide second-level support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and resolution of incidents.</li> <li>Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications.</li> <li>Coordinate with technical support, server administrators, network administrators, and others as necessary to resolve issues.</li> <li>Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.</li> <li>Conduct technician training sessions for applications, new features, or updates.</li> <li>Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application processes, procedures, and performance.</li> <li>Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency.</li> <li>Perform routine updates and patches under supervision.</li> <li>Document processes and procedures related to application management.</li> <li>Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades.</li> </ul><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul> <li>Associate's degree in IT related field or relevant work experience (Preferred).</li> <li>Two (2) years of relevant experience (Preferred).
