MVT is now hiring for External Coverage Team (ECT) Dispatcher in El Paso, TX.
An ECT Dispatcher is responsible for supporting drivers during afterhours, identifying issues, and using critical thinking skills to find solutions. They will work together with Operations teams to ensure on-time service is met per customers’ expectations.
We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible work week which would include some night and weekend coverage.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Experience with dispatching drivers/ routes
- Basic knowledge of Motor Carrier Operations and geography.
- Competent user of MS Office.

Schedule:
Weekend Shift 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday and two nights a week from 5:00 pm – 4:00 AM
Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 4 days on – 4 days off
Day Shift 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday
Pay: Starting from $14.00 per hour
